XLMS is an award-winning Design, Construction, and Technology practice operating across Australia, Hong Kong, and Macau. We create exceptional residential, retail, hospitality, and workplace environments, integrating design innovation with commercial insight and local knowledge.

Founded in 2014, XLMS is an award-winning team of designers and builders offering creative solutions that elevate brands and user experiences. With presence in Australia, Hong Kong and Macau, they collaborate with a global clientele, from Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups, using a narrative-driven approach to create unique identities and spaces.

XLMS oversees projects from inception to completion, emphasizing cost efficiency, quality, safety, and timely delivery. Their core services focus on design and construction, with strengths in shop and office fit-outs, joinery fabrication, project management, and high-end residential projects.
