Each project meets the highest permitted levels of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) within budget constraints, a practice called responsible design.

We hold ISO 14001:2015 certification for our Environmental Management System, which focuses on minimising negative environmental impacts, complying with regulations, and reducing waste. We are committed to environmentally responsible operations and continuous improvement in our environmental performance, recognising the impact of our business activities on the environment and implementing sustainable practices to minimise these impacts.

XLMS’s Environmental Policy aims to fulfil our commitment to the environment. We will comply with regulations, prevent pollution, minimise resource use, set measurable objectives, monitor impacts, implement corrective actions, promote awareness, and ensure effective implementation and maintenance. Management provides resources and leadership, and we commit to reviewing and improving the policy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in driving environmental sustainability.
